Product Overview
JZF Metal manufactures stepped rivets with multiple body diameters, formed heads and recessed ends. The step layout and riveting end are developed around the mating parts and installation process.

Customization Options
Discuss the mating-hole sizes, assembled stack thickness and intended riveting method. Final dimensions, material and finish are agreed for the project.
Manufacturing and Quality
Cold forming is the core manufacturing process. Secondary operations, heat treatment and surface finish are selected to suit the agreed part requirements. Heat treatment and plating, when required, are arranged through external processing partners.
Inspection planning focuses on step diameters, step heights, head geometry, riveting-end geometry and surface condition. Material and any heat-treatment requirements are reviewed together with the intended riveting process. Trial riveting in the customer's actual assembly is used to confirm the final requirements.
