Customization Options

Specify shank fit, assembly length and riveting method. Where a knurled section or recessed end is required, its geometry is developed with the mating parts.

Manufacturing and Quality

Cold forming produces the main body. Knurled sections and secondary operations are arranged where specified. Heat treatment and plating, when required, are handled by external processing partners.

Inspection planning covers shank diameter, straightness, length and head geometry, with knurl and end-recess checks where those features are specified. Riveting behavior and any retention or anti-rotation requirements need to be verified with the customer's mating parts and assembly process.
